Hello!
I did a little bit of shopping last month when the MAC holiday collection dropped. I did a video (click here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yQ23OfVsbMg) if you would like to see it. But for those that would rather see pix you can check them out below. I purchased just 3 items. Nothing else tickled my fancy. This year’s holiday collection seemed very boring. I’ve always wanted to get my hands on the lipglass sets, so I finally got some. I also purchased Later pigment which was repromoted from the Alice + Olivia collection recently. It seems so boring when swatched dry, but it is absolutely gorgeous when it’s wet. If you’re a purple/blue lover, you need this in your collection! Enjoy the pix!
Sassy Pink Lipglass Set (Descriptions per MAC)
- Electro Lush is a creamy medium-pink with a little plum to it and white micro-shimmer.
- Fab Fun is a sheer, milky pink gloss base with large flecks of silvery-white shimmer and glitter. It looks a lot like Morning Glory lustreglass.
- Frozen Dream is a semi-sheer, cool-toned lilac pink with lots of pale pink and white shimmer.
- Sassy Lassy is an opaque, creamy fuchsia that pulls very blue. It also has subtle pale pink shimmer. It’s a lot bluer and cooler-toned than Pink Poodle.
- The Wee Coquette is a cool-toned, white-beige with soft white shimmer.
Sassy Coral Lipglass Set (Descriptions per MAC)
- Hearts-a-Beatin’ is a medium-dark coral with bronzy brown pull and orange-gold and white shimmer.
- Jest for Fun is an opaque, milky pink beige with just the tiniest leaning of coral. It has ultra fine white shimmer, but the milkiness definitely takes over here.
- Mimmy is a sheer, pale jelly pink with fuchsia and gold flecks of shimmer in it. This originally launched with MAC’s Hello Kitty Collection.
- Pretty Quick! is an opaque, creamy light coral with white micro-shimmer.
- Tad Saucy is a clear gloss base with a heavy dose of white and pink shimmer.
